Emergency Dental Squad is a free matching service. We help people looking for urgent dental care get in touch with independent third-party dental offices. We are not a dental practice, dental clinic, or licensed dentist. We do not examine, diagnose, treat, or bill patients. Any dental care you receive is provided solely by the independent office you choose. Dental offices do not pay us to appear in the directory or to receive an introduction.
When these pages or our call team say we “connect you,” “help you find an opening,” or “refer you,” that means an introduction to an independent office. It is not a medical referral by a treating provider and it is not a guarantee that an office can see you.

The service is free to people looking for a dentist. Offices listed on the site do not pay a placement fee to appear. Treatment, clinical decisions, fees, insurance, and records are between you and that office.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. BECAUSE CONSUMERS DO NOT PAY US, THAT AMOUNT IS TYPICALLY $100. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, malpractice, billing, or privacy practices of any independent dental office.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or a dispute between you and a dental office we introduced.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that if a mandatory consumer-protection law in your state of residence applies, that law controls to the extent required. Courts located in Suffolk County, New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited for consumers.
